COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ex-Ohio State and NFL quarterback Art Schlichter has a new hearing on allegations he violated his bond conditions in a fraud case by twice testing positive for cocaine and by refusing several times to provide urine samples.

An attorney for Schlichter has said several times in court papers that Schlichter has been complying with all the conditions of bond.

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Watson scheduled a final hearing for Schlichter in Columbus Friday afternoon.

The 52-year-old Schlichter has been on house arrest since pleading guilty in October to federal fraud charges stemming from a million-dollar ticket scheme.

A court document says Schlichter tested positive for cocaine in tests done Dec. 19 and Jan. 3, and that he failed to submit to urine tests on multiple occasions.
