Held to just a pair of hits by four pitchers, the Scrappers fell at Williamsport 8-3 on Friday night.  Kyle Bellows launched his first home run of the season - a three run shot - in the 6th inning.  Jason Smit collected the other Mahoning Valley hit with a single.

Francisco Murillo hit a pair of home runs for the Crosscutters, driving in 3 runs, while Michael Dabbs and Sebastian Valle also went yard.  Jeremy Barnes had two hits.

Guido Fonseca (1-1) took the loss for the Scrappers, who fall to 6-2 on the season.
