Phantoms' Coach to Throw First Pitch

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO – Anthony Noreen, the Youngstown Phantoms’ new head coach, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch at Eastwood Field for the September 1 Mahoning Valley Scrappers Baseball game against the Williamsport Crosscutters. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.
