Phantoms Shutout Traverse City, 3-0

The Mahoning Valley Phantoms shutout Traverse City 3-0 in game three of the N.A.H.L. North Division Semifinals Thursday night.  Bob Mainhardt's team leads the best-of-five series 2-1.   Mahoning Valley Goaltender Garrett Bartus notched the win with 28 saves on the night.  Nick Shkreli got the Phantoms on the board with 10:43 left in the first period, with Johnny Meo and Erik Higby also tallying goals in the victory.  Game Four of the series will take place Friday at Centre ICE Arena.  The puck drops is slated to drop at 7:05.  If necessary, Game Five will be played Sunday at 7:00 PM at the Ice Zone in Boardman.
