The Phantoms took down Dubuque, 3-2.

Ryan Belonger, Todd Koritzinsky, and Austin Cangelosi scored for Youngstown.

Goalie Matt O'Connor finished with 40 saves.

The Phantoms are back home Wednesday to welcome Chicago to the Covelli Centre.
