Jackson-Milton's Johnny Matacic will defend his State title on Saturday in the Division III tournament. Matacic will face Alex Carroll from Galion Northmor in the 130 pound division.
Two Canfield wrestlers will vie for Division II State titles as well on Saturday. At 125 pounds, Robby Reed will wrestle Oak Harbor's Tyler Hackworth, and Alex Benedict advances to face Johnni DiJulius from Walsh Jesuit in the 130 pound division.
Boardman's John Dillon, Beaver Local's Johnny McComas, and Jackson-Milton's Vinnie Pizzuto and Tim Wiseman fell in their respective semifinal matches. The athletes will all compete for 3rd place on Saturday.
