Columbiana, Crestview, Girard, Jackson-Milton, Liberty, Salem, South Range, and Wellsville all competed in the Johnny's Excavating Wrestling Tournament held at Jackson Milton.

Liberty's Tyrell Jethrow defeated Cardinal Middlfield's Michael Griffin at the 160 pound mark by way of pin.

South Range's Max Brookes and Austin Noel of Salem competed at 160, as well, with Brookes getting the pin for the victory.

Craig Lower of Crestview and Jesse Ruiz of Girard squared off at 182 pounds, with Lower getting the victory by way of pin.

Liberty's C.J. Edmonds defeated Clayton Whitman of Salem with a pin. They two competed at the 182 pound mark.

Dimitri Gregory of Crestview competed at 195 pounds and pinned Garrettsville Garfield's Andy Anderson.
