New Castle Rolls to 17-0

The Hurricanes have won four games in the last week after their 84-68 victory at Beaver tonight. New Castle improves their unblemished record to 17-0 and their league mark to 8-0. Junior Shawn Anderson took a game-high 35 points for New Castle.
 
The ‘Canes defeated the Bobcats on January 3 by a score of 81-48. The last time Beaver scored 50-points or more against New Castle was back on December 19, 2008 when the ‘Cats lost 59-50. 
 
Beaver (6-3, 13-4) had won seven consecutive games prior to tonight. Next up for the Bobcats will be a home game against South Park on Tuesday while New Castle will host Central Valley.
