Four players scored in double figures for the Tigers. Nick Russell led the way with 16 points, while Ron Rogers added 15, Eoghan Bees had 11, and Jared McTigue chipped in 10 points.
Mike Bornemiss was the leading scorer for the Indians with 16 points. Evan Standohar added 12, and Craig Randall netted 11 points.
Springfield improves to 8-1 (5-0) on the season.
