The Bulldogs matched last year’s win total of nine after prevailing Friday night at Farrell, 82-61. Meadville (5-1, 9-2) had lost two of their last four since opening up the season with a 6-0 record. Meadville will stay one game behind Franklin for first place in Region 6. The Dogs have a huge game to prepare for on Tuesday when they welcome Grove City.
Farrell has lost five consecutive games dropping the Steelers record to 3-7 overall and 1-5 in the league play. Farrell will take on George Junior Republic on Saturday (January 14).
