Lakeview defeated Liberty, 71-43, thanks, in large part, to Ali Gagne's 24 points. Gagne scored her 1,000 career point when she stepped to the line with just over two minutes to play in the second quarter, becoming only the third player in Lakeview history to reach the mark.
Vakeyla Merriweather led the way for the Lady Leopards with 23 points.
With the victory, Lakeview improves to 11-3 on the year. They will head to Fitch to take on the Lady Falcons, Monday, January 30.
Liberty falls to 5-10 with the loss and will head to Champion, Monday, January 30.
