Notes: Hubbard has now started with a loss six consecutive seasons. However, during that stretch the Eagles have not begun 0-2. The last time Hubbard played at Mollenkopf Stadium, the Eagles were blasted by Cardinal Mooney in the second round of the 2009 Division III playoffs, 55-0, on November 13. The Eagles were a perfect 4-0 away from Hubbard in the regular season a year ago. Since Hubbard's first meeting with JFK in 1966, Trumbull County's winningest team in the 2000s have never lost.

Last Week: Kennedy was handed a rare week one loss to South Range, 26-7
Notes: JFK had won their season opener the past seven years (forced to forfeit 2008 opening game to CVCA) before their loss to the Raiders last Friday. Warren Kennedy has posted a 23-4 mark at home since September 17, 2005. JFK's struggles against Hubbard are uncomparable. In seven tries, Kennedy has not defeated the Eagles. Kennedy lost in each of their three attempts against Ursuline, Rayen and Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary.
