Poland Boys Top Niles; Advance to District Finals

The Poland Boys Basketball team advanced to the Division II District Finals with an 84-73 win over Niles Monday night at Boardman High School.

David Baker led the Bulldogs with 26 points and five rebounds, while Ben Donlow tallied 20 points and eleven rebounds in the win.  Niko Fatimas added twelve points in the victory, while Luke Wollet added eight. 

Ryan Frantz led Niles with 21 points and nine rebounds on the night.  Joe Moss tallied 12 points, while Nick Young added eleven in the setback.  Niles finishes the season with a record of 11-12.

Poland returns to tournament action Saturday night against the winner of Struthers/Cardinal Mooney.  Tipoff is slated for 6pm from Boardman High School.
