If you're looking for a reason to root for the Patriots this weekend, you may want to consider the Ohio native coaching on their staff.
Canton McKinley grad Josh McDaniels is back with New England this year. Josh is the son of former Warren Harding head coach Thom McDaniels. The elder McDaniels is also the former high school coach of New York Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham.
According to the team, Josh McDaniels is a very welcome addition to Super Bowl weekend.
"It's great to have him back," stated New England quarterback Tom Brady. "He's been a great friend of mine since the day he got to the team, so he's a great addition."
"He comes back now with three years of experience with a couple of other organizations," said New England head coach Bill Belichick. "And the perspective from being a head coach and dealing with some of the problems of being a head coach or just dealing with head coaching."
