Hickory Avenges Only Loss of Season

Hickory defeated Franklin 53-42 Monday night, avenging its 60-50 loss to them a month ago. Macy Horvath scored 12 points in her second game back after fracturing her foot earlier in the season. Nikki Arbanas led the way for the Lady Hornets with 19.

With the victory over Franklin, Hickory earns a share of the league crown.

Hickory improves to 17-1 on the season. They will host Central Tech, Friday, February 10.
