East Palestine defeated Mineral Ridge 3-0 (25-17, 25-22, 25-9). Carley Sansenbaugher led the way for the Bulldogs with 12 points, and nine kills, while Megan Brown had 19 assists and 11 points. Ashley Morris did here part for East Palestine with 22 kills and 11 blocks, with Paige Peterson working the ground game with ten digs.
Abby Riffee led the way for Mineral Ridge with 38 digs, five points, and two aces, while Lea Whitmer had 14 assists. McKenzie Garland helped the Rams with seven kills and Katie Fife had two blocks.
With the victory, East Palestine improves to 15-4 on the season and 10-3 in the ITCL.
With the loss, Mineral Ridge falls to 14-7 on the season and 8-5 in the ITCL.
