Youngstown State Soccer Triumphs on Senior Day

Youngstown State women’s soccer team shut out Cleveland State, 1-0, on Senior Day Sunday at Stambaugh Stadium.

Senior Mariah Snyder beat the USY career shutouts record while classmate Jodi Bowlen scored her first goal of the season. Bowlen’s goal came after a scoreless first when she punched a shot through the Viking defense.

Snyder racked up four saves to record her second shutout of the season and seventh career shutout.
