Penguins Drop Second Straight in Road Loss to Maryland

Youngstown State's men's basketball team dropped its second straight game falling to Maryland, 73-49.  Jack Liles led the Penguins in a losing effort with 12 points and 8 rebounds.  DeAndre Mays had 11 points and 7 rebounds as well.  YSU did not connect on any of its 13 three-point attempts.   It was the first time since December of 2003 that YSU failed to hit a three-pointer.  YSU did outrebound the Terrapins, 45-34.  The Guins are back at home Saturday when they play host to Allegheny College.
