ESPN/Sagarin recently released their all-time College Basketball Encyclopedia. The publication ranks only active division one mens' college basketball programs. Their ranking system looks at school's wins and losses, scoring margin, number of seasons the school was listed in division one classification, among other criteria. Youngstown State was listed at #222 (Rating: 67.91). The top five looks like this: Kentucky, UCLA, Kansas, North Carolina and Indiana. The bottom five rounded out with Georgia State, Maryland-Baltimore County, Stony Brook, College of Charleston and Binghamton coming in at #330.
