The four-team women's basketball 2010 Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout field has been announced. Kent State is among the four teams that will be involved in the tournament that begins on November 23. The Golden Flashes (20-11) finished the 2009-10 season with a trip to the Women's NIT.
Also involved in the Great Alaska Shootout will be Washington, San Jose State, and the host school Alaska-Anchorage.
